About me:

 

Hello there! My name is Steven Chen. I am a first-year student pharmacist at UC San Diego Skaggs School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences. I received a bachelor in Pharmaceutical Sciences from UC Irvine in June of 2017. 

 

I was born and raised in Taichung, Taiwan and I immigrated to the U.S. at the age of twelve. As a first-generation college graduate, I had to find my resources and build connections myself. I would not be where I am today without the mentors I have connected with in the past. I would like to give back by helping others who need resources or advice when it comes to applying to pharmacy school. 

 

When I am not studying or volunteering at the clinics, my hobbies include going to car meets, writing restaurant reviews on Yelp, playing both acoustic and electric guitars, and traveling to different places. I also enjoy meeting new people. As a result, don't hesitate and reach out to me if you have any questions about pharmacy school or anything in general. I will be more than happy to answer them!
